Our 8-Week Core & Pelvic Floor Course is a guided plan that helps you rebuild your deep core, fix pelvic floor issues, and feel strong again after childbirth. If you leak, hurt, or feel weak in the middle months after giving birth, you are not alone. Most moms in Holly Springs never get a real plan to fix it.
Free YouTube videos send you in circles. That is why Hometown Chiropractic built What to Expect: Inside our 8-Week Core & Pelvic Floor Course. It mixes pelvic floor exercises, deep core work, and gentle mindful movement. So, do you still want to skip? We hope not, because this guide breaks the whole 8 week plan down for you below.
The 8-Week Core & Pelvic Floor Course is an 8-week program that walks you step by step through pelvic floor and core healing.
Dr. Taylor Cox built this course for moms in their postpartum journey. The format is online with optional in-office visits at our Holly Springs office. We blend breathing techniques, strength training, and pregnancy and postpartum corrective moves into one plan. The WCNC building gives you direct access to pelvic floor pt, massage, and a fitness lab. Read more on our 8 Week Core & Pelvic Floor Course page.

The course is for any mama who wants to feel strong again, fix pelvic floor dysfunction, or get back to the workouts she loves. We built it for moms at every stage of motherhood. Here is who fits best:
Each week of the 8-week program builds on the last, starting with breathing in week 1 and ending with full strength in week 8. We start small and grow as your pelvic floor muscles wake up. Here is the week-by-week breakdown:
| Week | Focus | What You Do |
| Week 1 | Breathing and activation | Diaphragmatic breathing, gentle Kegels |
| Week 2 | Deep core wake-up | Pelvic tilts, pelvic floor exercises lying down |
| Week 3 | Restoring function | Bird dog, glute bridges |
| Week 4 | Mobility and posture | Hip openers, gentle yoga flows |
| Week 5 | Core strength | Side planks, resistance bands work |
| Week 6 | Glutes and booty lift | Bodyweight squats and lunges |
| Week 7 | Load and rebuild | Banded squats, deadlifts, rows |
| Week 8 | Full-body lift prep | Carries, gentle plyometric exercises |
The order matters. Skipping ahead is what causes most moms to fail at home. What you learn along the way:
The course takes about 20 to 30 minutes a day, 4 to 5 days a week, which fits inside one nap.
Most moms run through it during nap time or after bedtime. You do not need full hour blocks. Quick daily wins beat long weekly grinds. The whole week course adds up to about 2 hours of real movement.
You only need a yoga mat, a pillow, and light bands to do the whole 8 weeks at home.
Most moms already have what they need. Quick gear list:
The course helps fix leaks, diastasis, pelvic pain, low back pain, and the weak core feeling that lingers after pregnancy. We see these issues in Holly Springs moms every week. The course works on:
By week 8, most moms feel stronger, lift their kids without back pain, and notice fewer leaks and less pelvic pressure.
Real wins from moms who finish the course:
This course is different because a real chiropractor built it, runs it, and backs it up with in-person care in Holly Springs. YouTube is great for quick tips, but it cannot answer your questions. It cannot check your form. With our course you get:
